The chip I ordered for the No Slot Clock has left China and passed through New York yesterday afternoon. My guess is it will arrive in the next day or so.
I’m really looking forward to trying it out. If it works out, I’ll be ordering another for my //e. The same chip is supposed to work for both and although I don’t use the //e very much I would like a clock for it also considering the price.

On a similar note, I am fascinated by unusual uses of computers or hardware that is unusual. David Schmenk’s Apple II Pi Adapter is the most recent combination of both unusual hardware and uses of computers that I have run across.
