Today, on my ride home from work, I was thinking about the different things I had tried with the map subroutine.
The one thing that struck me was I was able to position a string of characters, ‘XXXXX X XXXXX’ right where I wanted it on the print out.
Tonight I went in and created a string consisting of the parts I wanted to print and printed it.
Problem solved. Well sort of. I still don’t know why it wouldn’t let me print it without jumping through hoops.
