Forbidden Castle

Mapper, Debugging

Dynasty, Hamurabi, Spyglass, Followup

I had time to try out Dynasty, the Hamurabi derivative.  It has certain features that Hamurabi lacks, like in game directions and a running total of statistics.  I’m not crazy about the added sound effects and the use of inverse text.

No Slot Clock, Arrived and Works

Today the chip came in.  It is a Dallas DS1216E  I purchased it on eBay for $6.50 with $4.00 for shipping and it took about nine days to arrive in a box slightly larger than a deck of playing cards.
