In my snooping around the internet I found some notes that said that the chip used for the No Slot Clock is not a custom chip, but one that is still available.
In those notes, they mentioned the chip number. I searched for, and found several places that sold them. I have ordered one to own and review. My thought was if it works, great. If it doesn’t, that is too bad. Either way, I was willing to take the risk. I will say the chip was around $10 or $11 including shipping.
Once I have the chip in hand and can try it out, my plan is to do a short review and release the information I have at that time. I am not holding back the information with the idea of any personal gain, I just don’t want to put out information that could cause problems for others.

I missed my first daily post yesterday, since I started. I came home from work, took some over the counter cold medicine and went to bed and slept right through.
