I tried the Beginners Cave again and on the fourth time through, I survived. I didn’t get all the possible loot, but with a little help from my friends I made it.
I may come back another time and try to do a clean sweep, but for now I’m on to the next ProDos Eamon, #16, The Caves of Mondamen. The first thing you run into is it is an 80 column upper and lower case adventure. Although the game mentions the 80 column upper and lower case requirement, you better leave the Caps lock on, because it does not understand lower case input. I’ll keep on playing as it has caught my attention. More to come later.

I ordered the fans for the laptops that my wife and I use. They are supposed to be here by Wednesday. We’re anxiously waiting to get our laptops back up and running. My internal server was accidentally shut off and I had a very hard time getting it to restart. I’m going to have to back that up and find a replacement or repair for it soon. It’s a ten year old Thinkcentre desktop, that has been on almost all of the last six years.
